Software Shark Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

You will play an important role in promoting LamaERP and supporting the growth of our software products and the overall Software Shark Tech brand.

Marketing & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Promote and generate leads for LamaERP and other Software Shark Tech products
Identify and research potential customers, businesses, schools, and organizations
Make and receive business calls and respond to customer inquiries
Follow up with leads through phone, email, social media, and other channels
Conduct product demonstrations and explain LamaERP features and benefits to potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Research markets, competitors, industries, and new business opportunities
Create and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Manage and contribute to social media and digital marketing activities
Prepare marketing content, proposals, presentations, and business communications
Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into customers
Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements to the product/development team
Assist with partnerships, business networking, and client acquisition
Track leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and marketing performance
Support the overall branding and business growth of Software Shark Tech

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English
Confident in communicating with customers and businesses
Interest in software, technology, SaaS, and digital products
Good research and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn
Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or software products is an advantage
